Rebecca Doherty is a Partner in McKinsey’s San Francisco office. Since joining, Rebecca has advised global companies looking for strategic growth opportunities. Working primarily with semiconductor, high tech, and healthcare industry clients, she supports executives to develop growth strategies. Where inorganic growth is relevant, she helps evaluate a full range of partnership, joint venture, merger, acquisition, and divestiture opportunities and build the skills to pursue them. Once a course is set, she guides both planning and execution, ensuring that efforts achieve their goals and create value.
Her support includes defining the growth roadmap, identifying synergies, integrating organizations, and setting up to pursue new business opportunities.
Rebecca received an MBA from Stanford University, a BS in computer science from the University of Pennsylvania, and a BA in business from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
