Neha Gargi is a Partner in McKinsey & Company’s Digital practice. She joined McKinsey in 2008 and leads McKinsey’s Provider and Services Digital service line, responsible for building digital and data & analytics capabilities tailored to health systems and ancillary services providers.
Neha’s client work has focused across healthcare stakeholders on topics ranging from end-to-end operations digitization, consumer journeys, strategy and IT performance transformations.
Neha received a BS in computer science from the University of Delhi, India and an MBA from Duke University, Fuqua School of Business. She recently wrote “Putting Digital Process Innovation at the Center of Organizational Change” (McKinsey & Company, July 2015).
