Greg Gilbert, a Partner in McKinsey’s Washington, DC office, helps lead its Digital practice. He also leads McKinsey’s Payor Digital service line. Greg serves healthcare and technology companies on a broad array of topics, including digital, analytics, operations and strategy. Recent client experience includes supporting a large payor on its digital transformation, delivering step-change improvement in consumer experience and driving 30% efficiency gains across journeys. Greg also recently worked with a regional payor to improve its IT productivity to enable a broader digital transformation.
Greg received his MBA from Columbia Business School. He also holds a BS degree in computer science.
