Brooke leads OrgSolutions by McKinsey, overseeing global client delivery of proprietary assets and capabilities that use data and analytics to provide insights for performance and health transformations. Aligned with McKinsey’s Organization Practice, this portfolio includes the Organizational Health Index (OHI), OrgLab, and People Analytics, among others. In her more than 10 years as a consultant, Brooke has worked with company leaders to achieve organizational transformations across diverse industries and regions, including Asia, Latin America, the Middle East, and North America. Her main areas of expertise include leading at-scale performance and health transformations, ensuring health in turnarounds, optimizing organizational design, and guiding change management.

Examples of her recent client work include helping a major utility set a health and change-management strategy, including redrawing its organizational design; developing a health strategy for large media company undergoing a significant shift in its fundamental business model and approach; guiding an effort for a medical-supplies conglomerate that resulted in both operating-model redesign and cultural transformation; and leading more than 100 deployments of the Organizational Health Index, including work at some of the largest financial, mining, consumer-packaged-goods, and high-tech companies in North America and Asia.

Brooke has published several articles on organizational health. She is the North American leader for McKinsey’s transformational-change executive seminar Change Leaders Forum and regularly speaks at conferences related to HR and change management.

Interested in supporting diversity, from 2016 to 2018 Brooke served on the board for Women Venture in Minneapolis, an organization that provides women with the tools and resources to achieve economic success through small-business ownership. Before joining McKinsey, Brooke served as a US Department of State Fulbright Scholar in Peru.
