Ramesh Srinivasan

Senior Partner

Ramesh Srinivasan is a Senior Partner in McKinsey’s New York office and leader of McKinsey Academy in the Americas. He is also Dean of the Bower Forum in North America—McKinsey’s leadership program for CEOs. Ramesh serves clients across Healthcare, Private Equity and other sectors. He serves companies on topics related to operations, marketing and research and development. His projects include merger management, organization design, leadership development, and transformational change.

Ramesh leads Partner Learning for McKinsey and being very passionate about Education, is on the Boards of Educational institutions in India and the US.

Ramesh recently helped a leading medical devices company on a comprehensive leadership program to change culture post an acquisition to unlock revenue growth. He also served a leading technology player redesign their organization to help them execute their vision, and become more agile.

Ramesh received his MBA from Indian Institute of Management in Ahmedabad and B.Tech. in computer science from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. Ramesh recently published the article “Decoding Leadership: What Really Matters” (McKinsey Quarterly, January 2015).
