Greg Gilbert


Greg Gilbert, a partner in McKinsey’s New Jersey office, helps lead its Business Technology Office. He also co-leads the firm’s healthcare value technology service line. Greg focuses on serving healthcare companies on a broad array of topics, including healthcare value strategy, technology enablement, and operations. Some of his recent client experiences include supporting a large healthcare technology provider to develop their payor strategy (including new Medicare offerings) and leading the technology strategy and implementation for multiple state-based healthcare payment and care-delivery transformations (including a payment improvement initiative in Arkansas that used statewide deployment of episode-based payments and patient-centered medical homes). Greg also advised a national payor that was developing and implementing a technology strategy to support payment innovation, and he developed mobile architecture for a large healthcare company, including a user needs and cost analysis and technical stack definition.

Before joining McKinsey, Greg received his MBA from Columbia Business School. He also holds a BS degree in computer science.
