Elina Onitskansky

Associate Partner

Elina Onitskansky, an associate partner in McKinsey’s New York office, is a leader in both the Healthcare Systems and Services Practice and the Strategy and Corporate Finance Practice.  She works primarily with healthcare payors but has also served providers and pharmaceutical companies.  Elina specializes in the development of corporate strategies (with a particular focus on the implications of scale and resource allocation) and business unit strategies (with an emphasis on segment dynamics and go-to-market approaches).
